Requirements to Participate
Before you start imagining the fun you're going to have, the good you're
going to do and the money you're going to make, let's discuss the
business requirements for becoming trained and licensed in the CT
Processes.
The CTT/CT8 price is $25,000, discounted for a short time to $12,500,
which includes a limited license to train or coach as many non-fee-paying
family and personal friends as you choose and a limited license to train or
coach up to a total of 10 fee-paying persons, both without additional
charge and (assuming you graduate from the CTT/CT with Honors) a license to train an unlimited number of
persons (certain conditions prevail).
If you wish a Time-Payment plan, for a short time you can make 14 monthly
payments of $995.
This fee is non-refundable except in the event of documented illness that
prevents you from participating in the CTT/CT program.
The general format of the CTT/CT8 will be that of an expanded SACP. The
content and process will be unique to CTT/CT8.
The pre-requisite is successful completion of a previous SACP, participation in
the current SACP or completion of the Dream Achiever Program plus the DAP Accelerator Program (included with the CTT/CT8).

What Does the Cybernetic Transposition Trainer/Coach Training Cover?
There are eight major sets of skills that
you must develop in order to become an effective and Certified CT Trainer
and/or Coach. They are powerful skills that will resound throughout your
life, far beyond being a CT Trainer/Coach.
I will show you how to develop these skills and assist you in doing so
during the CT Trainer/Coach Training.
They include:

Skills in Understanding and Presenting the Cybernetic Transposition
Materials
Effectively presenting the CT materials to your trainees or coachees
requires the following skills:
- A high level of integration of the CT Processes and of the CT
presentation materials into your unconscious.
- The ability to rapidly call forward your relevant experiences
that you will insert in your CT presentation to your trainee(s) or
coachee(s) in ways that create a concrete and personal connection
with their unconscious minds.
- An effective training/coaching style that incorporates the
Leadership skills required to lead your trainees and/or coachees
through the learning process.

Skills in Effectively Answering Questions about the Cybernetic
Transposition Processes.
Presenting the SACP material is not nearly as challenging as
interpreting and responding to questions.
In order to do so effectively, you must develop the following key
skills:
- Understanding the underlying building blocks of the Cybernetic
Transposition Process so that you can effectively focus on the
primary one that must be addressed in your response.
- Intuiting what your trainee or coachee intends by their question,
rather than just hearing the words. This requires what I call Psychic
Listening, a skill that's at the very heart of all effective training
and coaching processes.
- Developing sufficient confidence in both the underlying CT
building blocks and the higher level CT Processes so that your
confidence unconsciously communicates itself to your
trainees/coachees. This will enable you to connect with and
confidently lead your trainee or coachee through the resolution of
their question.

Skills in Effectively Protecting Yourself and Your
Trainees/Coachees
When you present the Cybernetic Transposition Processes and,
particularly, when you answer your trainees' or coachees' questions,
you will frequently be the focus of unconscious psychic attacks as
your trainees/coachees release heavy unconscious self-defeating
patterns.
Unless you adequately protect yourself from both receiving these
energies and unconsciously getting hooked into them, you can create
very self-destructive and possibly painful Implants and Cell-Level
Memories.
Thus, you must learn to consciously and unconsciously protect
yourself.
In addition, as the trainer or coach responsible for creating a safe
learning environment for your trainees and/or coachees, you must also
learn to protect them from improperly using the CT Processes in ways
that will hurt them.
During the CTT/CT, I will show you how to develop each of these
skills and assist you in doing so.

Training Uniquely Teaches

Skills in Psychic Listening
The difference between ordinary listening and psychically listening
is profound.
Most conflicts arise from failing to hear what a speaker intends.
Psychic Listening skills allow you to hear the underlying issue
rather than simply the words.
As such, Psychic Listening skills are key in all types of
interactions with others, whether in business or home. One cannot be
an effective leader, manager, sales person, trainer or coach without
Psychic Listening skills. One cannot be an effective parent or
relationship partner without Psychic Listening skills.
Based on 20 years of development and 15 years of successful training
experience, the CTT/CT is the ONLY place where Psychic Listening
skills are taught. Stuart Lichtman has successfully taught these
skills to top managers around the world. No one else has done so.
- Simplification
With Simplification Skills, you will rapidly and intuitively realize the heart
of the complex matter you are focused upon.
Simplification is a specialized form of invention. Using Simplification
you will, in effect, simply ask your unconscious, to show you the heart of the matter your coachee is

to learning a remarkably powerful new set of Selling Skills.
These include:
- Developing a precise conscious and unconscious model of people
who want to buy what you are selling.
- Developing the ability to almost automatically identify prospects
who fit this model.
- Qualifying your prospects before you ever approach them and
identifying exactly what they need to hear from you for them to
decide to buy.
- Developing and psychically broadcasting your experience of what
your prospects will feel like when they successfully use what you are
selling. (When properly framed by your Elevator Pitch, your prospects
will experience the results rather than just the concept you are
selling.)
- Developing a remarkably effective series of extremely brief
"Elevator Pitch" presentations to easily open an effective dialogue
with your prospects.
- Developing a powerful unconscious "Super Answering Team" to very
effectively answer any of your prospects' questions.

If You Don't Receive Certification the First Time
Those who do not receive Certification at
the end of the CTT/CT will be eligible to repeat the training the next
time it is presented at no additional charge if they participate fully in
the CTT/CT. To participate fully, they must attend at least most of the
Monday sessions and all but one of the Friday sessions and must submit
all of the required Homework in a timely fashion.

Honors Graduates who become Certified
will also be offered:

An unlimited license to perform CT Training/Coaching of family
and personal friends but only on a non-fee basis. In other words,
Certified and Licensed Honors Graduates will be licensed to provide
free CT Training and Coaching to personal friends and family members.

A license to perform CT Training/Coaching on a fee basis with up
to a total of 10 people. This is intended to give you an opportunity to
try out being a CT Trainer/Coach (and, at a recommended fee of at least
$1,000 apiece, should more than reimburse you for the cost of this
training).

Ongoing access to the CTT/CT site.

Ongoing access to all generations of the SACP websites.

Written transcripts of relevant SACP sessions.
Under either of these licenses, each of your trainees and/or coachees
will be required to purchase my book.
IMPORTANT NOTE: In order to participate in
the CTT/CT, you must accept a simple agreement spelled out below. The
reason for the agreement is that during the CTT/CT, I will be giving you
the "guts" of over 35 years of work and I need you to hold this valuable
intellectual property in strictest confidence. If you cannot agree to
this, I do not want you to participate in the CTT/CT program. The
details of these conditions are described in a document accessed via this
Terms and
Conditions link.
What Your Fee-Paying Trainees and/or Coachees Will Pay and What They Will
Receive
Your fee-paying CT Training and/or Coaching Clients (which must include
any business friends, employees, employers, subordinates or clients) will
pay a license fee to me or my designee of $250.00 apiece (in addition to
the price of the book). In the process of registering, they must either
purchase my book or furnish proof of having previously purchased my book
(receipt number and date of purchase). They must also accept the
condition that they will neither disseminate the CT materials nor attempt
to train others in the CT processes without Certification and Licensing.
Once registered, according to the starting point you set, I will send
them weekly Slides, weekly Assignments, weekly Call-Partner Questions,
the Basic SACP Special Bonuses, all in Adobe Acrobat format delivered via
emailed links and full access to the SACP Question and Answer Database.
They will pay a CT Training and/or Coaching fee directly to you in
whatever amount you decide to charge. (I recommend a minimum fee for your
services of $1,000.00 for a basic CT program.)
What Your Non-Fee-Paying Trainees and/or Coachees Will Pay and What They
Will Receive
In order to register, your non-fee-paying CT Training and/or Coaching
Clients must either purchase my book or furnish proof of having
previously purchased my book (receipt number and date of purchase). They

Certification and Licensing.
