Effectively presenting the CT materials to your trainees or
coachees requires the following skills:
- A very high level of integration of the CT Processes and of the
CT presentation materials into your unconscious.
- The ability to rapidly call forward relevant experiences,
stories and analogies that you will insert in your CT
presentation to your trainee(s) or coachee(s) in ways that
create a concrete and personal connection with their
unconscious minds.
- An effective Training/Coaching style that incorporates the
Leadership skills required to lead your trainees and/or
coachees through the learning process.
- I will now explain each of these to you in detail.
