Presentation Skill 2:
The ability to rapidly call forward relevant
experiences, stories and analogies that you will insert in
your CT presentation to your trainee(s) or coachee(s) in
ways that create a concrete and personal connection with
their unconscious minds.
In order to effectively train or Coach, you must communicate
what you are teaching to both your trainees' or coachees'
conscious and unconscious minds.
Logical descriptions communicate with the conscious mind.
Stories and analogies communicate with the various aspects
of the unconscious and concretely illuminate what's meant
by the logical descriptions.
