Once having established your conscious understanding and your
unconscious CT Process expert team, you must weave a fabric linking
them together. This fabric consists of stories and analogies that
communicate your own relevant experiences. This fabric makes the CT
Processes real for your trainees/coachees.
During the CTT/CT6, I will lead you in framing your
own relevant stories and analogies, identifying new relevant ones
and integrating them with the CT Anchor Points to develop and
anchor this fabric.
Whether or not you want to become a CT Trainer/Coach,
this process will tremendously enhance your ability to effectively
communicate with others.
