Presentation Skill 3:
An effective Training/Coaching style that incorporates
the Leadership skills required to lead your trainees and/or coachees
through the learning process.
- Training and Coaching are Leadership processes. To be effective,
you must be able to lead your trainees and coachees from where
they are to a conscious understanding and unconscious integration
of what you are teaching.
- True Leadership is demonstrated by others enthusiastically
following you. In other words, a Leader is elected by his or her
followers. True Leadership is what I will teach you in the
CTT/CT6.
