- Leadership is a process of both unconscious (psychic)
and conscious communication. It works in the following way:
- When your inner "vision" of what you are teaching that
is harmoniously held by your conscious and unconscious
minds is energized by emotional energy, it is effectively
"broadcast" at an unconscious (psychic) level.
- When you then consciously communicate in a way that forms
a "frame" in your "followers'" conscious
minds, what has been unconsciously received pops into their
conscious mind with an attendant "aha!" experience…
and with an accompanying emotional experience.
