Topic 3: Skills in Effectively Answering Questions
about the Cybernetic Transposition Processes
Presenting the SACP material is not nearly as challenging as
interpreting and responding to questions. In order to do
so effectively, you must develop four key skills:
- Understanding the underlying building blocks of the Cybernetic
Transposition Process so that you can effectively focus on the
primary one(s) that must be addressed in your response.
- Intuiting what your trainee or coachee intends by their question,
rather than just hearing their words. This requires what I call
Psychic Listening, a skill that's at the very heart of all
effective training and coaching (and managing and selling)
processes.
