- Developing sufficient confidence in both the underlying
CT building blocks and the higher level CT Processes that
your confidence unconsciously communicates itself to your
trainees/coachees. This will enable you to connect with
and confidently lead your trainee or coachee through the
resolution of their question.
- Developing an unconscious super-team to very effectively
integrate and use the various key question-answering techniques.
I will explain each in some detail.
