Answering Questions Skill 1:
Understanding the underlying building blocks of
the Cybernetic Transposition Process so that you
can effectively focus on the primary one(s) that
must be addressed in your response.
- If you have observed how I answer questions, you may have
noted that I use a very limited number of approaches.
- These revolve around the basic building blocks of the CT
Processes, the Basic Elements, and, by responding to
questions in this way, I can then flow with the questioner's
flow.
- By starting with these Basic Elements, I can and you
will usually be able to greatly facilitate your trainee's
or coachee's learning by having them answer their own questions.
