Answering Questions Skill 2:
Intuiting what your trainee or coachee intends
by their question, rather than just hearing
their words. This requires what I call Psychic
Listening, a skill that's at the very heart
of all effective training and coaching processes.
- Very often, when your trainees and/or coachees ask questions,
they will not have effectively framed their queries. They will
have a strong but vague need to know.
- Your job as Trainer or Coach is to use their words as a focusing
tool so that your unconscious mind will receive the
communications of their unconscious minds and pass them to your
conscious mind.
