Answering Questions Skill 3:
Developing sufficient confidence in both the
underlying CT building blocks and the higher level CT
Processes so that your confidence unconsciously communicates
itself to your trainees/coachees. This will enable you
to connect with and confidently lead your trainee or
coachee through the resolution of their question.
- If you are uncertain or otherwise lack confidence in aspects
of the CT Processes or your ability to teach them, you will
unconsciously communicate this to your trainees or coachees.
- In turn, this will create a lack of confidence in them that
will seriously impede their learning and your ability to
lead them.
