Structural Difference 2:
The CTT/CT6 Partner Program will differ
substantially from the SACP Call-Partner Program in two
primary ways.
- You and your Partner will review each other's Homework results
and assist each other in more effectively completing your
Assignments.
- Once you reach the appropriate point in the training, you
will alternately coach and be coached by your Partner.
- You will evaluate your Partner's skill and effectiveness
in both their coaching and with respect to their overall
CTT/CT6 progress and will provide feedback
according to a specific format. They will do the same thing
for you.
